· Steve has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Steve following his studies of Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics at Purdue began his career in the Construction Management and General Contracting. Gaining experience in project management, estimating and accounting. In 1993 Steve began working for a well-established Indiana mechanical contractor and in short order became their Vice President of Construction.
· In 2004 Steve joined Jason and Violeta in building Watt Mechanical. It is here that he has found his home.
· Steve was born and raised in the Northwest Indiana Region. God has blessed him with his loving wife, Charlene. Additionally, they have been blessed with two sons, a daughter and six grandsons.
· Steve loves to spend his free time golfing and mentoring others through life. His favorite pastime is spending time with his wife and family.

Jason was born and raised here in Indianapolis. After graduating from high school, he began his career in the trades. First, he graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with an Auto and Diesel Technology Degree.
· Following his father he entered the plumbing field, gaining his Plumbing Journeyman Degree and Plumbing License. Being in the plumbing field since 1980 Jason has over 40 years of experience in the plumbing and mechanical industry. Currently, he serves Watt Mechanical as a technical advisor.
· Jason and his wife, Violeta, have one son, two daughters, and four grandchildren. Jason enjoys music, going to the beach, and spending time with family.

Safety Coordinator

Jeff began his career at Watt Mechanical for a brief time in 2006. We were fortunate to rehire him in 2019. Jeff has served as a foreman and a field superintendent over the years at Watt Mechanical.
Jeff, looking forward to and anticipating retirement, has taken an inside position with us as our safety coordinator. Additionally, he serves as a project engineer and manager of our shop.
Jeff’s occupational journey began as a Local 440 Trainee for 3 years, and he then became an apprentice for 5 years. He progressed in building trades as a journeyman within the union, which has been his role for the past 32 years.
Born and raised on the Eastside of Indianapolis, Jeff is fond of spending time with his wife, Kadee, his daughter, son-in-law, and 5 grandchildren. He enjoys watching sports and perfecting his yard.

Dan has been with Watt Mechanical since December of 2022. Dan has a unique insight into the needs of clients as he has worked directly for owners both as a manager and as a service technician. He has with him over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Dan is blessed to be married and have 4 sons and a granddaughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and home improvement projects. Daniel joined Watt Mechanical in June of 2025. He has previous experience leading his community as a pastor for two churches. Daniel previously conducted business coaching, which assisted business leaders with efficiency and vision implementation. Daniel and his loving wife, Kristine, have four sons together: three with them and one with Jesus. Daniel’s life philosophy is to “Love God, Love People, Be Thankful, and Enjoy Life.” His favorite bible verse is 1 Corinthians 10:31, “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”

Kyle joined Watt Mechanical in June of 2023, but had previous experience with the company before returning. Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, Sierra, and his two children. Field Superintendent

Kiel has been with Watt Mechanical since February of 2021. He has served as a Plumber, Foreman and now is our Field Superintendent. Kiel began his career as an apprentice at a family-owned business right out of high school. He joined the Local 440 Plumbers and Pipefitters union in 2015. Kiel has been in the industry since 2008. He married his high school sweetheart Kacie, and they have two wonderful children, a son and daughter. Kiel is fond of spending time with his loving family, investing in his children, and completing home renovations. Kiel has two primary philosophies “Work hard, play hard” and “Push yourself, no one else is going to do it for you”

Zachary Watt joined Watt Mechanical in 2024 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. He is a proud father of three—two daughters and a son—who inspire him every day. Outside of work, Zachary enjoys hitting the trails on his mountain bike and spending time on the golf course.

Pam joined Watt Mechanical as a part-time assistant in the accounting department in 2021. She moved to a full-time position to take on the role of Project Accountant and assist with payroll the following year. She’s been married to Dan since 1995; they have four fabulous sons and a beautiful granddaughter! Maya is the youngest daughter of the owners, Jason & Violeta. After graduating from Pendleton Heights High School, she earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Applied Behavior Analysis. Maya began her career as a registered behavior technician and program coordinator at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic. She is now serving as a project and accounting assistant for Watt Mechanical.
